Happy Easter! With the Easter vibe in full flow, I thought it would be the ideal time to share our latest trailer featuring the Easter Bunny! Well, OK it’s actually the Mad March Hare 😉
You’ll see a few nods towards the Mad March Hare at Rebecca & Phil’s wedding day including a few brilliantly styled references towards Alice in Wonderland. Firstly do check out the absolutely stunning flowers and room decorations, so many wonderful little touches courtesy of the amazing Planet Flowers! One wee star was the Page Boy Frankie in his Top Hat, although trying to make the Groomsmen disappear with his magic wand was a little worrying 🙂
The build up in the morning was super chilled, and I always love this time where we can skip back and forth in the story between the Bride and Groom preps. On that note, Hair styling was by Chris of Dickson Reid and Makeup by Lauren Gollan and everyone looked sensational!
I’m actually going to leave the talking to the film (too much to mention, amazing dresses, fireworks, March Hare Cake from Liggy’s Cakes, Gutty Slippers, etc etc…), but I must say it was just brilliant to hear Rebecca make a speech. So often the soundbites of films are led mainly by the father of the bride, groom and best men, so it’s great to hear the bride speaking…and what wonderful words too.
Hope you like the Trailer, a lovely mix of emotion and fun.
Finally a big thanks to Armands and Daniela at A Fotografy for being so good to work with, great fun indeed, and thanks again to Archerfield House and their superb hospitality as ever – what a truly stunning location for a wedding! The Waterfront Pavilion is SO good at night… perfect for crazy dancing footage (as you’ll see, and thanks The White Band !) 🙂
