You've hopefully had a chance to take a good look at our wedding films. You can see the time and effort spent in creating individual wedding stories. Hopefully you can see the attention to detail in the editing but there's so much more to what we do, and it all starts with the passion we have for creating beautiful wedding stories, not just for Insta, but for you!

From the very first contact, right through to the final delivery of your film we're there to make the whole process simple and absolutely bespoke to you. Your experience matters to us, to make sure you know just how important your film is to us. There's a number of reasons for that, and we'll talk about those below.

Ultimately, our customer service is unmatched, and the Five VOWS Awards Wins and Four Runners up Awards are a testament to that. BTW, we won those in just 10 years of participating in them!

We love to find out exactly why you chose to have a wedding film, and what it means to you. We love to hear your story, so there's perhaps elements of the wedding day that we can pull out and use in the narrative, the important details, the people that mean so much to you. We love to discover all the details, and most importantly what you are looking for in your wedding film.

Because you are placing your trust in us to tell your wedding story it's important that it really is just us, Steve & Yvonne, filming and editing your day. We don't bring in "second shooters" we don't have teenagers or weekenders filming your wedding, we don't allocate your day to one of "the crew". It's just the two of us. We know what's important to you, we know what to film and how to tell your individual story.

We also don't employ third party editors, Steve does all of our editing, every frame. That's where our style of films comes from, so often copied, never matched.

All of this is why we strictly limit the number of weddings commissions we take on each year. We never want to rush through an edit just because there's a huge backlog of work to "get through". We allocate plenty of time for each wedding edit, and because of this we are always fresh, passionate and eager to go the extra mile. We're experienced enough to know that burning-out is just a recipe for disaster, and complaints (we've never had one of those btw - impressive in over 20 years huh!)

So our promise to you is to give you an unmatched Customer Service experience, one where we do whatever it takes, and put our heart and soul into creating a film just for you.
