Hopetoun House Wedding Film – Katy & Peter’s Highlights
It’s time for a little more of Katy & Peter’s rather epic wedding at Hopetoun House. 🙂 Once again, FUN is the order of the day! 🙂
Katy & Peter’s Wedding was full to the brim with the most amazing details and personal touches, I’m not sure where to start? The simply wonderful hand drawn motif (based on their lovely dog Holly) which featured throughout the day and included everything from the bespoke wrapping paper to Peter’s amazing waistcoat! (Peter’s waistcoat was indeed very fine, but only just outshone by Katy’s beautiful Stewart Parvin wedding dress). The delicious Heathers Cakes cake sitting atop the Bike Cake Stand! (yes wait and see!). The bike spare parts in the canape trays! The handmade confetti cones made from the pages of “Peter Pan”books! I could go on and on…
Actually, don’t get me started on the the utterly amazing work by Planet Flowers in creating the spectacle that was the Hopetoun Ballroom! Oh and those topiary dogs…. wow!
So many wonderful details, all pulled together with absolute precision planning by Katy and of course alongside the Hopetoun Team and the unrivalled service of Heritage Portfolio!
The day was rounded off with a hilarious first dance, and then some top quality dancing led by the band Corra, finally (yes there was more!) ending in a Beat the Retreat Pipe Band show and the most incredible fireworks display from 21cc Wedding Fireworks (Just remember the scale of the final shot, that’s a very tiny Hopetoun House at the bottom of the screen!). A truly incredible day!
It was again an absolute pleasure to be at Hopetoun, and to work alongside our good friends Niels & Alie at Blue Sky Photography. Another brilliant, and fun day! 🙂
