How much fun did Jen & Dave have on their Scottish-Canadian Wedding day at the stunning Kinnettles Castle? Well, over the next couple of minutes you’ll get a sneak peek into just how much, there’s so much more to share in the main film but this’ll give you an idea. 🙂

Their guests were treated to a fair number of surprises too, not least the World Famous Mains of Fintry Pipe Band, fireworks by 21cc Fireworks and the awesome Red Hot Chilli Pipers!!  Even though the weather didn’t play ball, Jen and Dave were determined to have their ceremony outdoors and despite the drizzle (that turned into a downpour near the end) it was a fabulous (and funny) experience for all.

We loved the fun and laughter, the unrelenting boys banter (brutal at times), Mr Blobby making an appearance (saved for the main film to explain why!), and the start to the ceremony that I just had to include…one of those wonderful moments caught on radio mic that HAD to be shared. “Here comes the Bride….”

The best line back from Jen was “WOW You guys captured the ‘funny’ in the day which we love.  This video is soooo us…You guys are AMAZING”.  I love it when we nail it 🙂

Enjoy!

Steve

  1. Hi Steve, Not just any Pipe Band that played at Dave & Jen’s wedding on 28th June, 2014, but the World Famous Mains of Fintry Pipe Band who were the only Pipe band in the World to play at the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games in Beijing, China in 2008. The Band was led by the groom’s father Drum Major Dick Hamilton, who was the Senior Drum Major of the Massed Pipes and Drums (12 Bands & 15 drum Majors)at the World Famous Royal Braemar Gathering for 26yrs until 2007, in the presence of Her Majesty the Queen and other members of the Royal Family.

    1. Thanks Richard, a mightily fine band they were too. So great to have Dave’s Dad in there as Drum Major! You can see much more in the Main and Highlights films which will be with Jen & Dave soon 🙂
