Hopetoun House Wedding Film in Edinburgh by Cherry Tree Films
Andrew & Ahjin’s Wedding at Hopetoun House in Edinburgh was an absolute stunner. Just wow. There was just so much going on it’s been very hard to fit everything into their wedding film.
As Ahjin is from South Korea and Andrew from Scotland, there was a wonderful mix of cultures on display and I have to say how impressed we were on the Korean family getting stuck in during the ceilidh songs, sometimes outdoing the Scottish guests! 🙂
A lovely and extremely funny Humanist wedding ceremony was followed with an outdoor reception blessed with Scottish sunshine as well as an ice cream van and jazz band – cue lots of singalongs! 🙂 The Hopetoun ballroom looked amazing thanks to the extraordinary talents of Planet Flowers. Plus a sweetie bar courtesy of Heathers Cakes that had us all drooling (and sneaking the odd white chocolate mouse or two! shhhh!). Then after a wonderful Heritage Portfolio meal it was time to dance the night away to the ceilidh skills of Whisky Kiss, complete with the Highland Hotties and Breakdancers – a superb show! Then the night culminated in a memorable pipe band and a stunning 21cc Wedding Fireworks display! A breathtaking end to a fabulous wedding, and (we hope you agree) a great wedding film highlights.
It was again an absolute pleasure to be at Hopetoun House, and to work alongside our good friends Niels & Alie at Blue Sky Photography. Looking forward to the next one guys! 🙂
